Senior IT Support Engineer

📋 Description Serve as primary onsite IT lead for the SF office, ensuring infrastructure reliability. Lead hardware deployment and maintenance during planned projects. Manage incidents, escalations, and on-call rotation; document in IT systems. Develop knowledge base; mentor junior engineers; support Major Incident Management. Proactively monitor performance and trends; design automation to reduce manual tasks. Provide technical input for new projects and change management; drive ITIL aligned improvements. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years experience with Mac and PC technical support. 5+ years in a SaaS based environment (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Zoom). 4+ years coordinating with stakeholders to provide onsite support for executives and ICs. Deep understanding of networking, hardware and operating systems. Experience configuring and troubleshooting Mac and Windows devices.
