Senior IT Project Technician

📋 Description Design, test, and maintain deployment packages for software, drivers, and configurations across our Own our Microsoft Intune environment, covering device provisioning, compliance policies Build scripts and lightweight tools that take the repetition out of desktop support (onboarding Hunt down friction in our support workflows, shoulder to shoulder with the IT technicians and Document what you build and bring the team with you, through clear deployment and automation Keep everything aligned with our security and compliance requirements, and stay close enough to the 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in desktop support, endpoint management, or IT operations. Strong hands-on Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager administration including, compliance policies Real scripting ability in PowerShell to automate a workflow end to end. Application packaging and deployment experience with tools such as PDQ Deploy, Ivanti, or SCCM Working knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365. Experience in operating inside an ITSM platform like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
