📍 100% Remote⏳ Long-term projectAbout the roleWe are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale vendor replacement and platform migration initiative within a Hadoop / Cloudera environment. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and proven experience delivering complex data platform transformation projects.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate vendor transition activities as Project ManagerPlan and manage project delivery, including timelines, resources, dependencies, and risksDrive project execution to ensure predictable and successful deliveryManage project budget, financial forecasting, and cost controlIdentify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating where necessaryFacilitate project meetings and coordinate cross-functional teamsPrepare status reports and Steering Committee (SteerCo) presentationsPromote a strong delivery culture and project management best practicesCollaborate with senior stakeholders and executive leadershipRequirements10+ years of Project Management experience in IT environmentsProven track record in large-scale Hadoop / Cloudera platform migrations or vendor replacement projectsStrong experience managing complex enterprise transformation initiativesExcellent risk and issue management capabilitiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear business insightsExceptional stakeholder and executive stakeholder management skillsNice to haveExperience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environmentsBackground in data platforms, Big Data, Data Lakes, or Cloud migrationsWhat we offerOpportunity to lead a business-critical transformation programInternational project environmentHigh visibility across senior leadership teamsLong-term cooperation on a strategic initiative
