DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Developing and implementing O&O IT strategies that align with business goals. Managing the IT department and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems. Evaluating new technologies and identifying opportunities to improve business efficiency and productivity. Ensuring the security of data and information assets. Ensuring Cybersecurity and Compliance JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years’ relevant experience OS & Software: Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory. Autodesk software knowledge Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, basic firewall troubleshooting. Good troubleshooting, problem solving skills Excellent Communication and documentation skills Responsible, resourceful and capable of performing with minimal supervision Service oriented
