We’ve completed 10’s of thousands of trips so far and are busy multiplying our Las Vegas fleet just to meet demand! ...And soon we’ll be expanding across the US & Europe 🚀 Why this role is exciting We’re looking for a hands-on Senior IT Administrator to own and scale our internal IT operations, tools, devices, user management, and automation across Ironwood Digital. This will be in a central role working across almost every department at Ironwood Digital, and supporting the entire organization by owning and evolving our internal IT systems and tools. From managing Google Workspace and Atlassian products to troubleshooting daily issues, you’ll be the go-to person for everything IT. You'll have the autonomy to make improvements, automate processes, and scale infrastructure as we grow, while ensuring our internal systems run like clockwork. What you'll be driving Be the go-to IT person: across almost every department helpdesk, troubleshooting, vendor management, documentation, and internal tooling support Evolve Ironwood Digital's identity and access infrastructure : administer IdPs, configure SSO across all internal tools, and manage the full user lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding Design and implement IT systems from scratch : not just operate what exists, but identify gaps, propose solutions, and build them Manage device fleet and MDM platforms across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments Run network infrastructure for the Berlin office : Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, meeting room hardware Automate everything worth automating : using scripting and workflow tools, including exploring AI/LLM-powered approaches Manage IT security posture : MFA policies, access control, incident response, device lock/wipe, and support for compliance frameworks This might be a great fit, if you have At least 5+ years in IT administration with deep hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Atlassian administration.
