Senior IAM Architect

📋 Description Lead internal IAM architecture, governance, and roadmap for WIAM/CIAM. Design, implement, operate, and improve internal identity platforms; ensure security and maintainability. Define roles, access models, and map privileges to controls. Partner with product teams to evaluate/adopt Ping capabilities. Collaborate with IT, Security, HR, Engineering, Product to align IAM with business needs. Manage SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and exception handling. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in IAM (WIAM/CIAM) design, build, and ops. Owned complex IAM platforms from architecture to operations. Hands-on with Ping products: PingOne SSO, PingID, PingOne MFA, PingOne Protect, PingFederate. Deep expertise in SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP, REST. Troubleshoot authentication, federation, provisioning across apps and directories. Define business-focused roles, permissions, and access models. Identity lifecycle knowledge: joiner/mover/leaver, approvals, reviews.
