Senior IAM and Java Engineer

Salary: CHF 85'0 - 105'000 per year Requirements: Higher education in IT with 5+ years of experience in IAM / SSO environments, ideally in critical or highly secure contexts. Very good command of IAM, SSO, SAML mechanisms, identity management, and MFA; experience with PingAM or an equivalent solution is a plus. Advanced level in Java allowing for reading, understanding, and modifying existing code as part of support and development activities. Confirmed experience with CI/CD environments, Git, GoCD or equivalent tools, as well as scripting. Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory directories and ability to collaborate effectively with various technical teams. Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills, autonomy, service-oriented mindset, problem-solving approach, and French level C1 minimum. Responsibilities: Provide N3 support on IAM / SSO solutions and handle complex incidents related to identity management and MFA. Analyze SAML flows, identify root causes of malfunctions, and implement corrections through to production. Intervene on existing Java code to correct anomalies, adapt certain processes, and support technical evolutions of the platform. Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines, contribute to deployments, and secure build and production release processes. Participate in IAM platform evolution projects, including strengthening identity security, integrating new authentication services, and managing obsolescence.
