Senior Hardware-in-the-loop Simulation Engineer, Technical Lead

📋 Description Define the roadmap for scaled HIL testing and grow the engineering team. Design and maintain HIL infrastructure for hardware and software integration. Bridge Embedded Software, Perception, Systems Eng and GNC teams for HIL features. Design modular test fixtures for easy replication and automated pipelines. Mentor junior engineers and guide lab technicians in HIL practices. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in autonomous systems, with 4+ years in HIL environments. Experience designing hardware test systems, including continuous perception testing. Proven track record leading technical projects of large scope. Proficient in C/C++ and Python.
