Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer (Remote)

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience 10+ years of overall software development background 7+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter development experience Experience with both Guidewire configuration and integration work Direct experience with Guidewire Cloud Proven experience leading projects and mentoring developers Experience working in Agile development environments Strong background in Property & Casualty insurance Solid understanding of Guidewire APIs and enterprise integrations Technical skills in Guidewire ClaimCenter, Guidewire Cloud Platform, GOSU, PCF, Java, SQL, XML, REST APIs and web services, batch processing, event messaging, and message queue technologies Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, or similar tools Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server Preferred: Guidewire certifications Preferred: experience with platform upgrades and modernization initiatives Preferred: experience with enterprise claims integrations and cloud data access solutions Preferred: prior experience as a technical lead or development lead Preferred: familiarity with additional Guidewire applications within the InsuranceSuite ecosystem Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions Provide technical leadership across configuration and integration development efforts Mentor developers and encourage strong engineering practices Architect and build integrations using APIs, messaging frameworks, batch processing, and event-driven solutions Contribute to solution design, estimation, planning, and delivery activities Lead code reviews and help ensure adherence to development standards Partner with business, product, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions Troubleshoot complex technical issues and act as a subject matter expert for the claims platform Support cloud-based development, deployment, and modernization initiatives Technologies: Architect BitBucket CI/CD Cloud DevSecOps Git Support JIRA Java Oracle REST SQL Web XML AI DevOps LESS More: We are a well-established and growing insurance organization investing heavily in the modernization of our claims technology platform.
