About the role
Build and analyze marketing attribution and engagement analytics to improve customer lifecycle outcomes.
📋 Description Build Braze attributes and event structures for lifecycle segmentation and personalization. Own marketing attribution analysis for spend, targeting, and channel mix. Lead member engagement analytics across lifecycle, identify drop-offs and opportunities. Build Looker dashboards and reporting that track engagement, channel effectiveness, and lifecycle outcomes. Partner with Member Operations and Marketing as analytics counterpart. Proactively surface insights before ad-hoc requests. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree at minimum. 3-5+ years in member/customer engagement analytics or marketing analytics. Experience building Looker dashboards and enabling self-serve analytics. Working understanding of production SQL and DBT ETL models with Braze & Looker. Experience with attribution and revenue recognition analytics. SQL proficiency in BigQuery or similar relational databases.
