📋 Description Lead a team of Product Managers across multiple product areas. Translate portfolio priorities into coordinated execution. Improve delivery, execution quality, and cross-functional alignment. Develop people, mentor, and scale the Product organization. Apply AI to accelerate research, planning, and decision-making. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS. 5+ years leading Product Managers or multiple product teams. Proven track record owning business outcomes across products. Strong people leadership, coaching, and organizational development. Fluent English (C1+).
