Senior Generative AI Solutions Architect, LATAM Cloud AI and Innovation at Halcyon Labs
\- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
\- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
\- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
\- 2+ years of experience working with AI Technologies
\- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent professional experience
\- Proficient English communication in technical and business contexts
\- Deep understanding of distributed systems design and cloud architecture patterns
\- Proficiency in generative AI frameworks and emerging technologies (Halcyon Labs Bedrock AgentCore, Strands Agents, Kiro, and other agentic AI frameworks)
\- Strong technical presentation and workshop facilitation skills
\- Experience navigating markets with emerging AI adoption

Drive AI Innovation with AWS to transform business challenges into practical Solutions for Mexico's Growing AI Market
We are seeking a talented technical professional to accelerate generative AI adoption for enterprise customers, with a primary focus on Mexico. In this role, you will collaborate with forward-thinking teams to architect practical AI solutions that address real business challenges while navigating Mexico's unique AI maturity landscape.
Key job responsibilities
\- Design and implement generative AI solutions using AWS technologies
\- Develop technical artifacts including code samples, architectural designs, and implementation guides.
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, professional services, and product teams to accelerate customer AI adoption.
\- Provide hands-on guidance on AI architecture, security, data governance, and operational best practices aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
\- Create and deliver technical workshops and educational content tailored to diverse technical skill levels
\- Work with customers to navigate regulatory frameworks and data privacy requirements specific to Mexico and Latin America
\- Guide customers through repeatable application patterns including multi-agent orchestration, intelligent document processing, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), chat-based assistants, and path to production best practices
A day in the life
Your day will blend hands-on technical work with AI strategy advisory services with customers with different AI maturity levels. You will work directly with customer teams to design AI architectures that address their specific business needs and infrastructure constraints. Expect to build proof-of-concept solutions, develop technical demonstrations, and collaborate with both technical and executive stakeholders to create achievable AI roadmaps.
