📋 Description Collaborate with gameplay engineers/designers to create new features Own animation-driven gameplay mechanics, including locomotion and interactions Support tools and animation reviews; translate athlete physics to interactive systems Assist engineers in using existing and new animation features Keep up to date with industry work and apply new techniques Write and maintain robust, performant code 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent) Excellent 3D math and linear algebra skills Solid familiarity and experience with C++ 3+ years of proven experience working with animation or gameplay systems IK, procedural animation, keyframe and forward kinematics experience Experience developing and shipping AAA games on Unreal Engine 4 and 5 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage 14 paid holidays per calendar year Paid vacation (15–25 days) per year or discretionary time off Up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year Paid parental and compassionate leave Wellbeing programs for mental health and wellness support
