Senior Functional Analyst

📋 Description Translate business requirements into clear functional specs and process models for developers and implementation teams. Lead workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements and align on solution design. Produce documentation (functional specs, flows, decision tables, use cases, mockups) with quality and traceability. Understand and validate government PFM processes within a GRP context (budgeting, accounting, controls). Identify gaps and integration points; translate into concrete solution recommendations. Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to management and stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BA/Accounting/Public Finance or related. 8+ years in functional analysis for enterprise-scale GRP/ERP/PFM/IFMIS. Proven track record on large, integrated software with multiple modules and deployments. Strong elicitation, documentation, process modeling, use cases, and specs. Solid understanding of PFM, budgeting, accounting, and fiscal controls; government exposure preferred. Strong communication, mentoring, cross-team collaboration; willingness to travel internationally.
