📋 Description Design and build end-to-end features across AWS, Kubernetes, Rails, Python, Vue.js. Lead strategic alignment with managers, PMs, designers, and customers. Champion engineering excellence: tests, CI/CD, performance, observability. Architect scalable systems: distributed microservices with Kafka. Maintain and scale Rails production, while building greenfield components. Mentor and coach junior/mid-level engineers on best practices. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years building production apps in Ruby/Python (Rails/Sidekiq, FastAPI) Strong microservices design, implementation and maintenance Hands-on Kafka and event-driven architectures Proficient in MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis Familiar with AWS and Kubernetes/Helm Excellent communication, leadership, and Agile practices
