Senior Fullstack Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a product engineering team building AI-powered voice communication software for businesses. You will own customer-facing features from early discovery through production, helping shape the product through hands-on engineering and direct customer feedback.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
– Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS.
– Speak with customers, gather feedback, and use user testing to understand needs and validate product ideas.
– Break opportunities into focused releases, ship frequently, and iterate based on customer insights and product metrics.
– Contribute to feature prioritization and roadmap decisions for AI voice products.
– Make pragmatic architecture and implementation decisions across the frontend and backend.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– At least 5 years of fullstack engineering experience delivering customer-facing SaaS products and end-to-end web features.
– Production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; experience with NestJS is preferred.
– Native German proficiency and fluent English.
– Experience with product discovery, customer feedback, experimentation, and using metrics to inform decisions.
– A high-ownership, pragmatic approach and comfort working in a fast-moving product environment.
– Experience integrating LLMs, deploying AI services, or working with GDPR and European AI regulations is beneficial.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: €80,000 to €120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
