A healthcare SaaS company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their core product team. Their cloud-based platform transforms the daily operations of medical practices - streamlining practice management and patient relationships across thousands of healthcare providers.
This is a high-ownership role. You'll lead end-to-end feature development, drive architecture decisions, and mentor junior engineers - all in a fully remote, cross-functional team that ships fast and takes quality seriously.
– Lead full stack feature development from concept to deployment, with a strong focus on security and scalability
– Drive architecture and design decisions to ensure solutions meet healthcare industry standards
– Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
– Mentor junior developers, promoting continuous learning and innovation within the team
– Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to uphold code quality
– Contribute to roadmap planning with insights on technical feasibility, timelines, and resources
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply new knowledge to enhance the product
– 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a senior engineering role
– Extensive experience with Symfony, including Doctrine ORM and key components (Security, Event Dispatchers)
– Advanced understanding and practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
– Proficient in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests
– Solid understanding of React.js, with the ability to improve frontend as needed
– Strong experience with MySQL - design, optimisation, and management
– Experience with Docker for managing development environments
– Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
– Security awareness for frontend and backend development, particularly when handling sensitive data
– Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Experience with SaaS products and/or the healthcare industry
– Fully remote (EU)
– Full-time: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 with 1-hour lunch break
– 1-week onboarding at the Munich HQ to meet the team
