📋 Description Apply and advance AI-SDLC using AI chat and coding tools in the dev lifecycle. Build and maintain Claude plugins and tooling for engineering workflows. Develop and support MCP servers that connect AI tooling to systems/data. Stay current with AI market trends and identify practical tools for teams. Establish guardrails for safe, effective AI-assisted development. Deliver reusable platform capabilities to accelerate domain team velocity. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years software engineering; 5+ years on Salesforce. Apex, SOQL/SOSL; Lightning Web Components; HTML/JS/CSS. Python or other OO language; strong OO design skills. MuleSoft experience; REST and SOAP APIs integration. AWS cloud development; CI/CD with GitHub and Gearset; Salesforce DX. Salesforce Admin/Platform Developer certs; CPQ experience.
