Senior Full Stack Engineer (Angular, Python)

Salary: $102000 - 194000 per year Requirements: We require 5+ years of full stack development experience, with hands-on work in Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS on the front end, and Python, pandas, and NumPy on the back end. We look for strong object-oriented design skills and a solid foundation in REST API principles. We require experience designing and delivering distributed data applications and pipelines at scale. We expect working knowledge of relational and analytical databases, especially Oracle and Snowflake, along with advanced SQL skills. We require practical CI/CD experience with Jenkins or similar tooling, paired with strong unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices such as pytest and Jasmine/Karma. We expect proficiency with Git-based development workflows, code review standards, and Agile/Scrum delivery methods. We value a proven record of building end-to-end data systems from idea through launch. We prefer a background in financial services or investment management, including familiarity with concepts such as returns, risk, and portfolio analytics. We consider experience integrating with financial data providers such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or Haver Analytics, including API usage and data normalization, to be a strong advantage. We value candidates who write clean, testable, readable, and maintainable code using a test-first mindset. We develop high-quality, responsive applications that improve productivity and support better decision-making. We implement distributed data solutions and pipelines that operate efficiently at scale. We write maintainable code and apply test-first development practices to ensure reliability and long-term supportability. We document architecture choices, evaluate design alternatives, and communicate decisions in a structured way. We collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute through Git-based workflows and peer code reviews. We support continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline release and deployment processes. We create robust testing coverage across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels. We work with financial data and integrate third-party data sources when needed to support investment workflows.
