Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI Systems)

Salary: $82000 - 153000 per year Requirements: We are looking for 7-15+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development within enterprise environments. Responsibilities: We design, build, and support end-to-end applications across frontend, backend, and integration layers. We translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. We own features from design through production and support. We partner with product, architecture, and business teams to address complex domain challenges. We build robust microservices and APIs using Java, Node.js, and Python. We develop intuitive frontend applications with React or Angular. We ensure our systems are secure, resilient, and compliant, especially in banking. We identify opportunities to use AI tools to improve delivery efficiency, including code generation, automation, and intelligent workflows. We contribute to ongoing improvements in engineering practices, including quality, CI/CD, and observability. We build and enhance core banking and onboarding platforms. We design APIs and backend services that support complex workflows. We create user-facing applications with a strong focus on usability and performance. We work on data-driven systems, integrations, and orchestration layers. We contribute to modernization efforts such as API-first, cloud, and event-driven architecture. We explore and implement AI-assisted features where they create meaningful business value.
