Senior Full Stack Developer (React/Angular & Java Spring Boot)

Scope of Work: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and RESTful APIs. Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications while building secure and efficient back-end services. Design and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices. Participate in system architecture, technical design, and code review sessions. Create and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployment processes. Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and security. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices to improve development efficiency. Support production releases and provide post-deployment monitoring and issue resolution when required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years’ experience in software development Proven experience in full-stack software development with hands-on experience building scalable web applications and APIs. Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React , Vue.js , or Angular , along with HTML5 , CSS3 , and TypeScript. Strong back-end development experience using at least one of the following: Node.js , Python (Django/FastAPI) , Java (Spring Boot) , or .NET. Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services. Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases , including PostgreSQL , MySQL , MongoDB , and Redis. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience working with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development practices, including code reviews and pull requests. Good understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and distributed application design. Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Single Sign-On (SSO). Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or Selenium. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
