Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET C# & ReactJS)

About the role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade web applications from the ground up. You will lead technical discussions, translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, and take ownership of the full software development lifecycle. Key responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy highly scalable modern web applications using .NET C# and ReactJS Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core/6+, applying dependency injection, entity framework, and secure authentication/authorization mechanisms Deliver responsive, high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern state management libraries Design robust data models, write efficient stored procedures, and optimize queries within SQL Server and/or Oracle databases Champion best practices by applying SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture, and Object-Oriented Design to ensure highly maintainable solutions Work directly with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, communicate solution approaches, and provide technical guidance Conduct rigorous code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, support CI/CD deployment activities, and mentor junior engineers About you 5 to 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years in .NET C# and 3 years in ReactJS Proven track record of building web applications from scratch in an enterprise environment, covering solution design through to production support Strong SQL skills, encompassing query optimization, performance tuning, and complex data modeling Deep understanding of Git-based version control, CI/CD practices, and secure coding standards Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to lead technical workshops and interact directly with clients Experience in Azure or cloud-native application development (preferred) Knowledge of Microservices architecture and API-led enterprise integration patterns (preferred) Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and DevOps pipelines (preferred) Experience working within Agile delivery environments (preferred)
