Senior Full-Stack Application Developer

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business and AI-related requirements into technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, microservices, and APIs. Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities, including copilots, chatbots, virtual assistants, and decision support systems. Build robust backend services using Java, Python, Node.js , and modern frameworks such as Spring Boot and FastAPI . Implement and optimize Prompt Engineering , Context Engineering , and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Design, develop, and orchestrate AI agents , Agent Harness frameworks, and multi-agent workflows. Contribute to full-stack application development, including front-end components using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web technologies. Manage the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability through best development practices. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes and customer experiences. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 5+ years of application development experience , with good exposure to enterprise systems and modern software architecture. Hands-on experience with Java, Python, Node.js , and related frameworks such as Spring Boot and FastAPI . Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs , microservices, and cloud applications. Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks . Knowledge of modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Angular . Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud . Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and Git-based version control. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Thankyou for your interest!
