About the role Joining our team as a SeniorFrontend Engineeryou will collaborate with our cross-functional team to design, build, and optimise features/technology for the Solstice Analytics Quote & Order product. In your first 90 days,you’llget comfortable with our system, build strong relationships with the team, and kick-off new feature development to deliver awesome outcomes for our customers. What you will do Champion clean, efficient code by giving thoughtful PR feedback and holding the team tohigh standards. Work creatively to solve real-world problems for customers around the world. Collaborate with product and design teams to translate customer needs into impactful, user-friendly UI/X. Take ownership across our systems, contribute ideas to the product design and architecture. Spot inefficiencies, resolve bottlenecks and keep everything running like clockwork. Mentor and inspire the team by sharing yourexpertiseand helping others level up their skills. Be part of a multi-skill squad with Product Owners, Scrum Masters,Developersand other Software Testers. Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and trends to keep us at the forefront of innovation and productivity. Role Requirements 5+ years software development experience in front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Strong knowledge of HTML,CSSand JavaScript Knowledge of contemporary JavaScript frameworks (i.e: Angular or React or Vue) Good Knowledge of building user-friendly UI/UX Knowledge of modern CSS framework (i.e: Bootstrap, Material Design, Tailwind) The ability to communicate well, and work in a collaborative team environment Perks &benefits Work from anywhere: Solstice Analytics has a global policy called "Flexibility First" that allows employees to work from wherever they feel most productive.
