📋 Description Significantly enhancing the frontend testing experience (TypeScript, JavaScript) for all engineers Designing, building and evolving core components of our Quality Platform to empower thousands of Leading the technical design and delivery of platform solutions, partnering with and influencing Driving significant engineering initiatives to reduce test flakiness, improve test health Improving the systems behind our CI/CD test feedback loops Owning and proactively improving the architecture, health, scalability and performance of our 🎯 Requirements Proven experience designing, building and maintaining robust software systems Strong knowledge of system design, data structures and operational best practices Experience with developer tooling, testing infrastructure, CI/CD systems, or platform engineering Experience leading significant software engineering initiatives from ambiguous problem definition Understanding of test automation principles across different levels (unit, integration, E2E) Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions beyond immediate team 🎁 Benefits Equity packages Inclusive parental leave policy Annual Vibe & Thrive allowance Flexible leave options
