Front-End Developer - React + TypeScript Openings: 2 Location: Virginia - Local Candidates Only Type: Contract Overview We are looking for Senior Front-End Developers with strong hands-on experience in React and TypeScript to build scalable, responsive, performant, and accessible enterprise applications. Key Skills 5+ years of front-end development experience Strong hands-on React + TypeScript React Hooks, Context API, generics, and strict typing Component libraries/design systems - Storybook, Material UI, Chakra UI , etc. REST API integration using Axios/fetch WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility experience Responsive UI development using CSS Grid/Flexbox Jest, React Testing Library, and/or Cypress Git, CI/CD, and Agile development State management - Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar Performance optimization and profiling Nice to Have: Financial services/credit union experience, Docker, and cloud deployment experience. Responsibilities Develop reusable React/TypeScript components and enterprise applications. Integrate REST APIs and implement error handling, authentication, and caching. Build responsive and accessible UIs meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Write unit/integration tests and optimize application performance.
