Surfacing recurring friction points, unmet needs and high-value 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in a technical, customer-facing role: Solutions / Pre-sales Engineer, Technical Proven track record of driving adoption and delivering measurable value from complex technical Strong engineering skills to own integrations, troubleshoot production issues and understand Strong Python skills (plus ideally TypeScript, Java, or similar) Production experience with LLMs and AI systems: prompt engineering, agent workflows, and deployment Ability to train, enable and influence stakeholders across all levels
