We’ve completed 10’s of thousands of trips so far and are busy multiplying our Las Vegas fleet just to meet demand! ...And soon we’ll be expanding across the US & Europe 🚀 Why this role is exciting As (Senior) Fleet Support Engineer , you will be instrumental in maintaining, managing and optimizing our platform and network infrastructure for Brightpath Technologies’s commercial driverless fleet in Las Vegas. This role requires a unique combination of superb debugging skills, technical expertise, network configuration and troubleshooting. You'll be driving continuous improvement in our system, ensuring robust monitoring and alerts and providing L1 support for our commercial, driverless fleet. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our vehicle and remote driving station fleet which leads to high quality service that our users love. What you’ll be driving L1 support and on-call for incidents and customer support requests involving vehicles, remote driving stations, equipment, network and cloud infrastructure and fleet configuration.
