Role Overview:
As a Senior Financial Analyst at Gallagher & Mohan, you will play a pivotal role in driving insightful financial analysis and modeling. Roles & Responsibilities:
– Argus Enterprise Mastery: Utilize Argus Enterprise extensively to develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive financial models for real estate assets. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in cash-flow projections and asset valuations.
– DCF Modeling: Construct and refine Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models to evaluate investment opportunities, asset performance, and future cash flows. Provide in-depth analysis and interpretation of model outputs.
– Model Optimization: Optimize and update Argus models to reflect changing market conditions, investment strategies, and financial structures. Ensure models are aligned with current financial practices and industry standards.
