Senior / Expert IT Analyst – Banking

We are looking for experienced Senior / Expert IT Analysts to join a large-scale transformation programme within the banking sector.The programme focuses on the modernization of the core banking environment, replacing local legacy systems with a unified banking platform.We are currently looking for specialists in one of three areas:Data Warehouse / CDW & Reporting | Statements | T24 / Temenos TransactYour responsibilitiesGathering and analysing business requirementsTranslating requirements into features and user storiesIndependently driving requirements from initial collection and analysis through documentation and handover to development teamsWorking closely with business and technical stakeholdersAnalysing dependencies between systems and business processesWorking in a large and complex transformation programmeQuickly understanding the project environment and navigating multiple stakeholders and dependenciesOur requirementsWe are looking for candidates with experience in at least one of the following areas:Data Warehouse / CDW & Reporting5–10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT AnalystExperience with CDW / Data Warehouse and reportingStrong professional knowledge of data governance and data mappingKnowledge of SQL or similar toolsExperience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bankStatementsExperience as a Senior IT Analyst and/or Senior Business AnalystExperience in the banking sectorAbility to independently gather, analyse and document requirementsExperience working with business stakeholders and development teams in a complex IT environmentT24 / Temenos Transact10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT AnalystHands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos TransactStrong professional knowledge of banking productsExperience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bankAdditionally, we are looking forFluent EnglishExperience working in large and complex organisationsAbility to independently drive the requirements analysis processStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in large-scale programmesAvailability to work in a hybrid model – 3 days per week from the office in Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk or GdyniaNice to haveExperience within a large banking organisationExperience in large-scale programmes involving approximately 300+ employeesPrevious experience within Nordic bankingKnowledge of HadoopWhat we offerLong-term cooperation within a large banking transformation programmeOpportunity to work in an international environmentExposure to a complex core banking transformationB2B contractHybrid working model
