Senior Executive / Manager (Learning Analytics & AI/EdTech Projects)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Executive / Manager (Learning Analytics & AI/EdTech Projects) to support research initiatives, learning analytics projects and the implementation of AI-driven educational technologies within a leading educational institution. $3,800 per month Mon - Fri, 21 hours per week (part-time) West Duration: 2 Nov 2026 - 31 Mar 2027 Responsibilities Learning Analytics & AI Projects Support learning analytics projects, including reviewing audio/video recordings and validating AI-generated analyses. Review dashboard designs, functionality and usability to support data-driven educational insights. Assist with Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and related research procedures. Explore and evaluate AI/EdTech tools to support implementation and wider adoption. Research & Partnership Management Conduct literature reviews, research and analysis to support ongoing projects. Coordinate with schools, government agencies, industry partners and other educational institutions. Support the preparation of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and partnership documentation. Assist in scaling AI/EdTech initiatives across the institution. Stakeholder Engagement & Programme Coordination Coordinate school visits, meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities. Prepare presentation slides, briefing materials, reports and meeting documentation. Support external communications, including website content, newsletters and publicity materials. Provide administrative and operational support for research projects and programme activities. Requirements A University Degree related to Education, Communications or related field preferred. At least 5+ years of work experience in stakeholder/ partnership engagement and programme management, preferably within education or technology environments. Experience in learning analytics and dashboards, conducting research activities (e.g., literature scans and review, IRB application), and in the use of AI tools, is an advantage. Demonstrated experience working with external stakeholders such as government agencies, industry partners, schools, higher education institutions, or international organisations.
