📋 Description Lead a cross-functional team of 7 engineers on the Short Form Experience. Build bite-sized exercises to enhance recall and production in lessons. Drive execution from spec to deployment with reliability and observability. Use data and experiments to inform decisions and improve learning KPIs. Hire, coach, and retain diverse engineers; foster inclusive team culture. Set team OKRs, prioritize, and remove blockers to enable great work. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading and growing a software engineering team. Ship multi-engineer projects with measurable business impact. Strong product instincts; data-driven; define metrics and run A/B tests. Excellent communication with engineering, product, design, and data. Technical depth to guide architecture and mentor on best practices.
