Senior Engineer - Data Platform

📋 Description Own design, delivery, and production quality of platform capabilities end to end. Build and maintain open source infrastructure for airgap and cloud-native environments. Write tests at unit, integration, and end-to-end levels. Collaborate with product and customers to translate mission problems into platform capabilities. Create technical documentation including ADRs and runbooks. Operate effectively in an asynchronous, fully remote environment. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of software engineering shipping production systems. Proficiency in Go and/or Rust; Python for tooling. Kubernetes knowledge: operators, CRDs, controllers, policies. Distributed systems concepts: consistency, replication, failure modes. Strong testing discipline: unit, integration, and E2E tests.
