About the role
Salary: $111000 - 150000 per year Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry Minimum 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree, 7 years with a Masters, or 3 years with a PhD Proficiency in programming using C/C++ Experience in Python programming Familiarity with Kubernetes or similar containerization technologies Knowledge of message patterns or transport technologies (e.g., ZMQ, Apache MQ) Background in embedded systems development Responsibilities: Lead the development and validation of requirements for complex communication, sensor, electronic warfare, and other electromagnetic systems Design architectures for the integration of intricate systems and components into higher-level systems and platforms Conduct advanced trade studies, modeling, and simulations to forecast component and system performance, optimizing designs according to established requirements Define and carry out essential tests to verify the performance of designs against requirements Manage critical supplier and partner performance to ensure adherence to requirements Offer ongoing support to products throughout their lifecycle, assisting with issue resolution and project management tasks Contribute to significant sections of proposals for new business development Operate under minimal supervision Technologies: Embedded Support Kubernetes Python Security Hardware Linux More: At Halcyon Labs, we strive to innovate and collaborate to create a better world.
