Senior Dynamics 365 F&O ConsultantLocation: 100% RemoteContract Type: B2BHourly Rate: 200 – 265 PLN/h net + VATAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant to lead and deliver high-impact Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to key business stakeholders, combining strong business-process knowledge with deep Dynamics expertise to translate business requirements into effective solutions and ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Lead full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O projects from initial requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.Workshop Facilitation: Conduct detailed business-process analyses and facilitate interactive workshops with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.).Solution Architecture & Design: Translate complex business needs into functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs.System Configuration: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O core modules (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Reporting).Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to deliver seamless system integrations, data migrations, and custom extensions.Advisory & Best Practices: Guide business stakeholders on ERP strategies, cloud architectures, and Microsoft Dynamics best practices.Testing & Training: Support testing phases (including UAT), prepare training strategies, and coordinate user adoption activities.Support & Documentation: Provide post-go-live support, continuous improvement recommendations, and maintain functional documentation, specifications, and test plans.RequirementsProven background as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).Solid understanding of end-to-end finance and/or operational ERP business processes.Hands-on experience in functional design, system configuration, data migration, and third-party integrations.Strong track record in stakeholder management, client engagement, and facilitating business workshops.Sound knowledge of cloud-based enterprise solutions.Nice to HaveExperience with the Asset Management module in D365 F&O will be a strong advantage.Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).Industry experience in fast-moving or technology-driven sectors (e.g., eMobility, Energy, Infrastructure).What We OfferCompetitive Rate: 200 – 265 PLN/h net + VAT on a B2B contract.High-Impact Projects: Work on complex, modern implementations for dynamic industries.
