📋 Description Lead, coach and grow a distributed team of PTMs and PTM managers. Define the function's operating model including coverage, segmentation and engagement rules. Move the team from reactive enablement to a proactive, outcome-led posture. Shift enablement from training individuals to standing up repeatable partner practices with real Establish practice blueprints for growth areas: AI and data platform, Data Intelligence, Enterprise Set graduation criteria for each practice and align tier, certification and incentives to 🎯 Requirements 12+ years in pre-sales, systems engineering, partner technical or channel leadership, including Demonstrated record of transforming a technical function - new operating model, new metrics, new Ability to lead through influence across Sales, Channel, Product, Services and Marketing without Comfortable making and defending difficult calls on coverage, investment and what we stop doing.
