Senior Director of Engineering

📋 Description Lead a 50+ person Talent Engineering organization comprising engineers and engineering managers Set engineering direction and make thoughtful investment tradeoffs across customer needs, product Coach, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior leaders, raising the bar for leadership Build and maintain a culture focused on high-quality execution, ownership, collaboration Ensure products deliver reliable, scalable, and intuitive experiences for customers globally while Partner closely with Product and Design leadership to define, prioritize, and execute product 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of engineering management experience, including at least 5 years leading an engineering Demonstrated experience managing engineering investment across a portfolio of products and making Proven track record of delivering high-quality products where reliability, scalability, trust, and Strong organizational leadership capabilities with a high degree of autonomy, ownership Demonstrated ability to develop engineering leaders at multiple levels, including engineering Strong product instincts and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design 🎁 Benefits Annual cash salary estimated at CAD $270,000–$360,000 Eligibility for incentive stock options, subject to applicable plans and terms Medical insurance Dental insurance Life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), and disability insurance Natural Disaster Support Program
