Tasks and Responsibilities
Build development environment in OpenStack cloud
Create and enhance internal OS deployment tools and processes
Improve scalability, availability, and reliability
Support & manage development tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket Server, Jenkins, Satis, Sonar, Nexus
Write build plans in Bamboo with development and automated testing teams
Create Docker images
Collaborate with sysadmin team to build secure production systems
Review business and technical specifications and provide feedback
Provide and maintain server and network environment for development
Configure, install, and update development software
Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements – Work Experience
Expert in Linux system administration
PHP development skills
Experience with Debian and Ubuntu Linux
Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash, Perl, and/or Python)
Experience with monitoring tools
Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN, Mercurial)
Experience with configuration management tools
Experience with virtualization (Xen, KVM, LXC)
Experience with Nginx, Apache, FPM, MySQL, MongoDB
