Senior DevOps Engineer - healthcare sector

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to play a key role in shaping the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of a modern cloud-based technology landscape. In this position, you will collaborate with engineering and platform teams to establish best practices, improve system resilience, and drive automation initiatives across a complex digital environment. This is an opportunity to influence technical direction, support large-scale transformation initiatives, and help build secure, highly available solutions that support business-critical services.Your tasksDefining technical standards and reliability practices to improve platform stability, scalability, and performanceDesigning and implementing cloud infrastructure automation using Infrastructure-as-Code principles and toolsLeading the evolution and operation of containerized platforms to ensure secure and resilient application deliveryDriving improvements in deployment processes, release automation, and continuous delivery practices across multiple teamsEstablishing monitoring, observability, incident response, and recovery frameworks to enhance operational efficiencySupporting capacity planning, business continuity initiatives, and the adoption of innovative operational technologies while mentoring other engineersRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering, with a strong background in designing and operating large-scale production environmentsAdvanced expertise in AWS, including cloud networking, security, cost optimization, distributed systems, and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or PulumiExtensive experience with Kubernetes and container platforms, including architecture design, automation, scalability, and operational resilienceProven track record of designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, implementing automation strategies, and driving engineering best practices across multiple teamsDeep knowledge of observability and reliability engineering, including tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or Datadog, as well as incident management, disaster recovery, and capacity planningFluent English and Polish, with availability to work in a hybrid model, including regular office attendance twice per week
