Senior DevOps Engineer

The Role We are looking for a Senior DevOps engineer who will own the infrastructure lifecycle — from provisioning and scaling cloud resources to optimizing CI/CD pipelines, observability, and developer tooling — directly shaping how Keystone AI 's platform grows. You will be joining a passionate and high-energy remote team spread across Israel, Europe, and the US. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable Cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes Drive GitOps practices using Flux for deployment automation Collaborate with product and engineering to improve developer experience and reduce toil Lead incident response, post-mortems, and reliability improvements Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to improve platform efficiency Work closely with other senior engineers and mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices Our stack - GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Flux, ELK, Python (Django), Postgres, Redis, React.js (NextJS), GraphQL, Apollo. Qualifications Strong technical skills, good system and infrastructure understanding. Experience building the full application release cycle (CI/CD and Gitops, Flux preferred). Strong proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, Linux Shell. Programming experience (python/go preferred). Expert knowledge in a public cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) - GCP is a big advantage. Proven DevOps and Infrastructure experience. Excellent communication skills and being able to work independently or in a full team. Ability to see the bigger picture and carry out system architecture planning. Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people). Not an AI bot.
