As a Senior DevOps Engineer , you will join the Platform team , responsible for designing and evolving next-generation CI/CD platforms used by hundreds of engineers across the organization. Your work will directly impact how fast, safely, and reliably products are built and delivered across a diverse technology landscape — from IoT and firmware to web, mobile, backend, data, and machine learning systems. This is a senior, hands-on role with strong technical leadership expectations. You’ll influence platform strategy, guide engineering teams in adopting modern CI/CD solutions, and help scale developer infrastructure capable of supporting thousands of daily builds and deployments. Requirements:
Requirements: Technical Expertise 7+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps roles Strong experience designing and operating large-scale, distributed systems Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Solid understanding of containerized environments and orchestration (Kubernetes) Programming & Tooling Practical experience with at least one high-level programming language (Kotlin, Go, or Python) Familiarity with modern CI/CD ecosystems and build tooling Experience supporting diverse engineering domains (backend, frontend, mobile, data, IoT) is a strong plus Mindset & Collaboration Strong focus on improving developer experience and productivity Pragmatic approach to engineering, with a deep understanding of trade-offs Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams Comfortable challenging ideas, making compromises, and driving alignment Stack : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Gradle, Artifactory, Kubernetes, AWS

Daily tasks: - Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD platforms capable of handling high build and deployment volumes
– Architect and support systems using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Gradle, and Artifactory
– Ensure reliability, extensibility, and security of developer tooling
– Act as a technical leader within the team, promoting a strong platform-thinking mindset
– Influence technology investments and architectural decisions across partner teams
– Support peers in design reviews, execution planning, and complex problem-solving
– Continuously improve self-service infrastructure and automation tooling
– Partner with internal teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize build and delivery workflows
– Advocate for best-in-class developer experience across the organization
– Promote best practices in architecture, testing, documentation, and agile delivery
– Review platform designs, technical decisions, and code to ensure high quality and scalability
– Contribute to planning and execution of long-term technology roadmaps
