📋 Description Co-own Aperture Cloud Design System; design patterns, components, tokens. Lead end-to-end DS initiatives with product and engineering teams. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate accessibility and user needs. Evolve DS operations; improve processes and tooling. Mentor and advocate for DS adoption across teams. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years shipping design systems with product/engineering teams. Expert DS skills; drive product quality and cohesion. Strong UX/UI design with autonomous project leadership. Proficient with Figma, Miro, JIRA; contribute to DS.
