Senior Design Researcher, WHOOP Labs Doha

📋 Description Localize and execute complex research initiatives as part of multi-site data collection efforts to gather global design and product feedback. Collaborate closely with the WHOOP Labs Boston team to plan, execute, and analyze global design studies. Support localization of protocols for execution in Doha including any required changes to activities, session structure, or sample in collaboration with cross-site partners. Own research initiatives to support region-specific questions and remote global studies as a design research expert. Develop and maintain clear research plans, workflows, and deliverables, adapting to evolving priorities and constraints. Coordinate and own research timelines and dependencies using project management tools to ensure visibility and on-time delivery. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or professional experience in UX research, human factors, psychology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience conducting research in product, design, marketing, or similar settings. Experience applying mixed-methods research for software product development and hardware data collection. Strong project management skills; comfortable using Jira or similar planning tools. Ability to manage multiple research initiatives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Open to flexible schedule, including evenings at least 2 days per week.
