Senior Delivery Manager

Work Location- Remote- United States US Salary Range- $130K-$140K We are seeking an experienced Life and Annuity Manager to lead and manage complex initiatives across the life insurance and annuity landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in life and annuity products and a strong understanding of the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) ecosystem, including platforms such as Policy Admin system, New Business, Underwriting rules, Post issue Workflow, Portals, document management systems, policy conversions, and operations. This role demands a seasoned professional with proven project management expertise, capable of driving end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. You will be expected to manage scope, timelines, risks, and communications, while aligning with client expectations and strategic business goals.
