Top 3 Reasons To Join Us Very competitive remuneration package Build products for millions of users in Australia Hybrid and flexible working environment The Job ABOUT THE JOB: We are seeking experienced Database Administrators who is responsible for the ongoing management and delivery governance of one or more end-to-end Database Services, incorporating Strategy, Design, Run, Provisioning & Automation, Transition & Change, Support, Delivery Performance & Quality, Capacity & Continuity, Issue & Risk Management. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Support the DB service(s) across the organization o Identifies and addresses risks with the operation of the service Contributes to the identification of issues / incidents / events that impact agreed service KPIs, SLA’s, Service Health o Provides end-to-end (E2E) technical support and direction across service management processes including: incident, problem, change, configuration, monitor and alerting Ensure appropriate capacity, risk and security monitoring, compliance remediation, disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place across the portfolio, any issues are to be identified and rectified appropriately Collaborate with other infrastructure squads & stakeholders, project services & service management to ensure high quality and successful transition of all service(s) changes Ensure adequate communication, knowledge sharing and issue resolution across delivery and support teams Another important part of the role is to perform On-Call support, where you will be remunerated accordingly and be part of a team of 9 Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time. Your Skills and Experience YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 6-8 years’ experience in Database Technology and delivery, with a strong background in the practical hands-on, incident handle & deployment of large scale Database infrastructures 6-8 years’ experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL Database administration Strong experience with Enterprise and BAU operations including DB Magement (install, config, maintain…), performance optimization (monitor, tuning, index/stats management…), Data integrity, Backup & Recovery, DB troubleshooting & Incident handling, Patching & Security, Storage planning, DR exercise Experience with Oracle HA solutions: RAC, Data Guard,… Any experience with PostgreSQL would be an advantage Experience with design, implementing and managing enterprise Database and application dependencies and toolsets Strong business communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and 3rd parties to deliver successful outcomes in a time sensitive environment Strong awareness and understanding of both on-prem & cloud infrastructures, networks, software technologies and project life cycle Tertiary qualification in a Technology discipline or related field Why You'll Love Working Here THE BENEFITS AND PERKS 1.
