What you will do: The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Senior Data Scientist in the Data Science team, you will be in charge of: Work with multi-disciplinary teams and key stakeholders to drive value and growth for both our customers and business. Take ownership of initiatives and ensure successful delivery from initiation to final outcome. Provide transparency on initiatives to the team and stakeholders. Influence and advice stakeholders on the best course of action. Keep up-to-date on the advancements in the area of machine learning and AI. Lead and mentor data scientists. Act as an evangelist for machine learning and AI. Adhere to company values, create and maintain a friendly working environment. What you need to succeed: Job Requirements Bring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. Here’s what you need to succeed: Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or other quantitative fields); 5+ years of related experience as a Data Scientist, AI expert or Machine Learning engineer; A solid understanding of relevant statistical, data processing and machine learning methods and their implementation using standard open source frameworks; Experienced with building production ready machine learning solutions and MLOps; Experienced Python developer. Other programming languages are a plus; Experience with cloud platforms and scalable solutions; Experience creating solutions powered by Generative AI, specially Large Language Models, and LLM frameworks like LangChain will be a plus; Written and oral communication skills (in English).
