Senior Data Scientist - Real Estate

📋 Description Build and deploy predictive models for lead scoring, agent matching, price, and conversion. Develop production-grade RAG/GraphRAG pipelines and knowledge graphs. Write Databricks transforms (SQL/PySpark) and SQL queries across ClickHouse/PostgreSQL. Collaborate with engineering to deploy model/LLM outputs to production using Inngest. Analyze MLS data to surface market trends and inform product features. Design product experiments with PostHog; build dashboards in Hex and Metabase. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of data science or applied ML in product-led environments. Strong SQL proficiency, PostgreSQL required; ClickHouse a plus. Hands-on Python with pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels. Experience with regression, classification, forecasting, and clustering.
