Senior Data Scientist, People and Talent

📋 Description Own and manage all People & Talent data assets, models, pipelines, governance. Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve analytics for P&T, Finance, Eng. Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize requests and roadmap. Act as SME on people data, defining metrics, troubleshooting, and guidance. Enable AI-powered analytics and self-serve tools to scale P&T analytics. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in data science/analytics with end-to-end ownership of data models, pipelines, and dashboards. Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field. Strong SQL and Python and/or R, with experience in large datasets and transformations. Experience with Databricks (Delta) and dbt. Hands-on HR and recruiting data systems experience (BambooHR, Ashby, HRIS/ATS). Experience with AI-powered analytics or LLM-enabled data access is a plus.
