Lead design and development of large-scale data science systems and models in AdTech.
📋 Description Lead design and development of large-scale data science systems and models. Drive technical excellence across Yield Optimization (Demand Shaping, Floor, Bid). Mentor data scientists and engineers across distributed teams. Plan and execute large-scale initiatives with cross-team collaboration. Design scalable data processing and real-time model serving systems. Develop robust A/B tests and advanced statistical analyses. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience in Data Science or ML with a proven track record. Extensive AdTech expertise with programmatic auctions, supply/demand matching, RTB optimization. Master-level proficiency in Python and SQL. Deep expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and scale. Strong experience with Big Data and Cloud infra (PySpark, Google Cloud Vertex AI). Proven ability to design and oversee large-scale distributed systems and real-time ML pipelines.
