Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description Apply ML, statistics to large health datasets to build new products. Collaborate with PMs, Analysts, Eng, Data Engineers, and QA to scale prototypes. Develop data-science approaches to core problems and explore unknowns. Explore large data volumes to find signals and patterns; identify scaling needs. Rapidly build prototypes, communicate findings, and iterate. Break objectives into actionable problems and inform testing plans. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years data science/stats exp (or 2+ years with PhD). MS/PhD in Applied Stats, Math, CS, ML, or quantitative field. Fluent in Python; strong analytical skills. Experience with healthcare data: claims, EHR, lab, copay. Experience with large-data frameworks (Spark).
